Welcome to xe8. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the xe8 platform at xe8.com and xe8.club. By using our platform, you agree to follow these rules. Please read them carefully.

These terms apply to all visitors and registered players. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

To use the xe8 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment only.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• You must not be accessing the platform on behalf of another person.
• You must not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an xe8 employee.

One Account Per Person

Each person may only hold one account on xe8. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

Keeping Your Account Secure

Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately via live chat or Telegram.

xe8 is not responsible for losses caused by someone else accessing your account if you shared your login details or failed to keep them secure.

Accurate Information

All information you provide to xe8 must be accurate and kept up to date. If we discover that you have provided false information, your account may be suspended and any winnings forfeited.

Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Deposits

You can deposit funds using the payment methods available in your region. All payment methods accepted are shown in your xe8.club account at the time of deposit. Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If your deposit does not arrive within a few minutes, check your payment provider first, then contact xe8 support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal at any time. We process withdrawal requests quickly — typically within 3 minutes. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you used to deposit, where possible.

Before processing a withdrawal, we may ask you to verify your identity. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after we have processed the withdrawal.

Your Payment Responsibility

All funds deposited into your xe8 account must come from legitimate sources. You must not use xe8 for any illegal financial activity. xe8 uses ThreatMetrix fraud prevention systems to monitor all transactions.

How Our Games Work

All games on the xe8 platform are provided by independent, third-party game developers. Game results are produced by certified systems — either Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealers. xe8 does not influence or alter any game outcomes.

Every game on xe8 publishes its Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP is set by the game provider — not by xe8. This means game results are fair and mathematically independent.

Entertainment Purposes Only

xe8 is provided for entertainment purposes only. Gaming should be fun and within your personal limits. Please do not use xe8 to try to make money or to recover financial losses.

Technical Issues

If a game freezes or disconnects during your session, most providers will automatically restore your session and any unresolved bets. If a game does not restore correctly, contact xe8 support with the game name, time, and bet amount. We will investigate and resolve the issue fairly.

xe8 may offer bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. The following rules apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus comes with its own specific conditions. Always read the bonus terms before accepting.
• Bonuses are for personal entertainment play only and must not be exploited through systematic strategies.
• xe8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus or withhold associated winnings if bonus conditions are misused.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until any wagering requirements are met.
• xe8 may offer or withdraw bonus eligibility at its discretion.

xe8 cares about the wellbeing of every player. The following tools are available to all registered accounts at no charge, from the moment you register:

All tools are available in your Account Settings at xe8.club. Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Raising a limit takes 24 hours — this delay is intentional, to give you time to reconsider.

The following are not allowed on the xe8 platform. Breaking these rules may result in your account being suspended and your balance being withheld:

• ✕ Register more than one account.
• ✕ Provide false information when registering or verifying your account.
• ✕ Use the platform if you are under 21 years old.
• ✕ Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play games or interact with the platform.
• ✕ Take advantage of software errors or game bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• ✕ Collude with other players to cheat or gain an unfair advantage.
• ✕ Use the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering.
• ✕ Share your account access with another person.
• ✕ Use someone else's payment method to deposit funds.

xe8 takes your privacy seriously. We collect and use your personal information to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and keep the platform secure.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only where it is necessary to provide our services — for example, with payment processors or identity verification providers.

We work hard to keep the xe8 platform available 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

xe8 is not responsible for losses arising from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on your end, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice, if required for maintenance or operational reasons.

xe8 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players by email or through a notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use the platform after an update, you agree to the revised terms.
